USED means “As Is”, no warranty. The customer does not know what problems and malfunctions he/she will be inheriting with his/her equipment purchase.
RECONDITIONED
RECONDITIONED equipment is simply painted and tested. A warranty may be included.
REMANUFACTURED
What we do means “Like New.” Equipment components are disassembled and all worn and wearable parts are replaced. By automatically replacing a specific group of parts, and following good manufacturing practices (GMP), Virtual Imaging ensures process repeatability. The system is then professionally painted, reassembled and thoroughly tested, with warranties equal to, or better than, those on new equipment.

Each component is completely disassembled, including all electronic and mechanical sub-assemblies.

Original paint surfaces are prepared and primed for our 3-step paint process.
•
All sub-assemblies are inspected, repaired and tested prior to reassembly.
•
Standard components replaced: high voltage cables, low voltage flexing cables, weight bearing steel cables, broken or worn bearings, table tops, and many others.
•
Complete reassembly and pre-staging by qualified factory trained service technicians.
•
Pre-staging includes: system interfacing, testing and calibrations. This procedure ensures a quicker and easier installation at your customer’s facility.

Pre-delivery inspection of your purchased system at our facility.
